Select recordings from the "Come Alive..." concert held by the band Boxofbeatske at Goethe Institut Auditorium Nairobi on 15th December 2016.Boxofbeatske, comprising of seasoned multi-disciplinary artist Checkmate Mido, maestro guitarist Kevin Munyi and monster beatbox Bobby Dash has been breaking barriers by using less to create more through fusing beatbox, guitar and percussion. They combine their wide pool of gifts, experiences and talents, fusing different genres and have managed to successfully create their own unique sound. According to the band, ‘the songs chosen for this release showcase the band’s unique, mind blowing and ecstatic interpretation of music’.
